That's where you come in…About the roleWe're seeking a highly proactive Marketing Associate (Loyalty & Partnerships) that is able to join our small and growing team, and spearhead the implementation & execution of our world-first loyalty & community programs. You will need to be a self-starter that can think out-of-the-box, and own initiatives end-to-end from concept to customer advocacy.This is the ultimate job for anyone with a knack for the unconventional, and confident in their ability to foster community development. Ultimately, we want to help our customers unwaste at home, and become ambassadors and changemakers in their communities. You will become a part of our core founding team, reporting to Co-Founder and Head of Commercial, Revenue & Finance.The role will center around the execution of our novel community & loyalty programs, with a specific focus on managing events, reward distributions, brand partners and customer engagement.So what will you be doing exactly? You can expect the role to cover:Owning our community calendar initiatives, to plan and execute monthly initiatives that build authentic connections with our customersOwning the execution of our new loyalty program we are launching, that will be a first of it's kind in the worldListening to our customers to improve community & loyalty incentives, whilst applying a creative lens that is ambitious & "out-of-the-box"Acting as a lead liaison to our customer community (seperate to customer service), and communicating feedback to the business to drive improvements across product & marketingHelping the business strategize ideas and improvements to further drive loyalty amongst our customer baseProactively identify brands who we can partner with to strengthen our loyalty & community program and add value to customersAssisting in the development of creative & authentic content in collaboration with our marketing associateOwning the execution of public activations and pop-ups, as part of our partnerships & brand building strategyManaging public communication to customers outside the customer service channel, such as responding to comments on social media and our public Facebook groupAssisting in other areas of the business as needed whether it be wholesale sales, customer service or content marketingHere's what you can expect to be working on in the first few weeks:Lead the launch of our world-first of it's kind community programLead the launch of our social media forumsPlan the next 6 month of community building at TirtylLead the project management of brand activations and pop-ups we are working onAssisting our marketing associate to capture A-grade contentWork with our customer service manager to respond to a surge of customer service enquiries over the Xmas periodRespond to wholesale enquiries from time to timeYou'll succeed in this role if you:Have demonstrated experience in relationship management, with outstanding interpersonal skills & emotional intelligenceHave demonstrated project management experience, such as event planning or in account managementExperience in a high-growth environment and comfortable with navigating change & uncertaintyHave a bias towards action, and an entrepreneurial spirit to constantly try novel & unconventional ways of achieving resultsManage complicated projects and tight deadlines, where the accountability is on you to deliver on timeAre passionate about sustainability and making a differenceYou're willing to roll up your sleeves just like our FoundersYou know how to manage multiple tasks and deadlines whilst having a broader perspective on what to prioritise and when.
