The position would be perfect for a motivated self-starter with a love for property who can take the reins on creative projects and marketing campaigns to create amazing results for our business and clients!This diverse role will see you:Leading the creative direction and marketing strategy for marketing campaignsConceptualising email marketing campaigns to distribute to clientsCreating and publishing daily content across the company's social media platformsMeasuring and reporting on organic and paid digital marketing campaignsWorking directly with our team to create proposal pitchesDrafting and launching press releases as well as managing relationships with news editorsResearching the market to identify, present and launch high impact marketing opportunitiesEffectively managing projects with internal and external stakeholders on time and on budgetAbout You:The ideal candidate will be an experienced and energetic marketer and designer who can conceptualise and execute marketing campaigns.
You will need to be an excellent communicator with a strong drive to create successful results and quickly adapt to changes within an agile environment.Experience as well as a strong interest in the software industryHigh proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesignA strong knowledge of layout, typography, photography and design principlesHighly accountable, willing to take initiative on creative projects and effectively adhere to stakeholder feedbackProven experience in content creation and scaling LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accountsExceptional organisation skills to meet deadlines with a high attention to detailAbility to work autonomously as well as within a close team environmentA full time or part time (min 3 days per week) opportunity is available and remuneration will be based on your experience and ability to create value.
