About the Opportunity You will assist to coordinate marketing campaigns, focus on stakeholder engagement and lead promotional activities to support Clinpath within the South Australian pathology market. In this role, you will play an integral part in maximising the impact of what we do within the healthcare sector and the community, connecting and engaging with key target audiences to drive organisational objectives.
Working within a team, this role supports business initiatives, operations and special projects with a focus on external stakeholders. This involves a wide variety of tasks, and a degree of initiative and input is welcomed and expected, as well as the ability to take direction and follow instructions.
This is a rare entry-level marketing position and would suit a person who is in their last year of Marketing/Communications qualification or a recent graduate.
Duties: Assist to develop and design any marketing material in accordance with relevant legislation, regulation and guidelines;Assist with the marketing material and promotions for any events, including but not limited to speeches, presentations, advertising and publications;Assist to maintain internal and external communication platforms including print, electronic and social media forums;Assist with Sonic Publications to update and edit company publications;Assist to maintain website content;Assist with social media content and promotional campaigns via social media platforms;Assist with the planning and preparation for Clinpath events;Identify opportunities for promotion and awareness in support of the strategic plan;Work with key stakeholders to develop and distribute information which promote the business and align with the growth strategy;Ensure compliance with branding across all forums, ensuring brand consistency;Collaborate and assist to develop internal communication pieces;Assist to manage marketing calendars;Assist with communication and engagement strategies.Applicants should possess the following: Tertiary qualification in marketing or previous experience in marketing roles;Demonstrated ability to think strategically and deliver organisation outcomes;High level of interpersonal and communication skills;A high degree of flexibility and the ability to prioritise for the benefit of the business, better patient care, and excellent service;Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills;Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines;Self-directed, energetic and motivated to achieve agreed outcomes;Demonstrated excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;Ability to interpret instructions and provide feedback to ensure systems, procedures and processes are maintained at the highest standard;Availability to work out of normal hours may be required in keeping with the operational needs of the organisation;Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and design applications;Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and Clinpath 'Our Values';Provide evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses).Why join us?
