The Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join our ANZ Team on a full-time permanent basis reporting to the Senior Brand Manager Cold & Flu and Allergy.The primary purpose of this position is to provide Marketing administrative support to the Senior/Brand Managers and build personal marketing capabilities through exposure to different Marketing activities across the brands such as Demazin and Nyal.Key Accountabilities Include Support Senior/Brand Manager in a range of activities involved in execution of the annual brand plan for assigned brands.
This involves but is not limited to: Assist with coordinating and ensuring on time delivery of required marketing and promotional materials including point of sale.
Assist with the execution of customer specific branded materials.
Assist with producing key digital assets and programs including the social, website(s) & eCommerce.
Manage the day-to-day operational aspects for assigned brand including, but not limited to: Manage the upkeep of the brand's advertising & promotion (A&P) budget tracker.
Manage vendor set up and PO process – raise and track approval of purchase orders and ensure invoices, statements, payments and deliveries occur in a timely and accurate manner.
Develop a sound level of product knowledge and understanding of brand attributes.
Loading and tracking of promotional material into the PromoMats approval system.
Leading AdCheck approvals for relevant marketing materials.
Leading the co-ordination and approval of catalogue assets.
Maintaining SKUvantage across brands.
Support the successful launch to market of brand innovation & improvement projects: Attend project meetings and provide support where requested on brand innovation & product improvement.
About You To be successful in this role you will possess marketing experience or similar roles will also be considered.Other Key Requirements For This Role Include Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related business discipline (Essential).
Knowledge of marketing principles (Essential).
Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical or FMCG Industry – ideally consumer healthcare (Desirable).
1-2 years of experience in a marketing role (Desired).
Managing the upkeep of a brand's advertising & promotion (A&P) budget tracker (Desirable).
High level use of key MS Software programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
