Marketing Assistant

We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Generalist to join our team and coordinate all marketing activities according to the retail calendar. In this role, you'll manage both traditional and digital marketing channels, create and design engaging content, you'll work closely with our team to make our passion for gourmet products shine. Responsibilities: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across all channels, including social media, email, website, and in-store promotions.Develop content for digital marketing, including social media posts, advertisements, and blog articles.Manage and update the website while coordinating with support teams to implement necessary improvements.Coordinate with team leaders to design campaigns, specials, and promotions.Respond to customer reviews and enquiries received via Google, social media, and emails.Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in marketing. Requirements: Knowledge of social media marketing management.Experience with WordPress (or similar CMS), Mailchimp, and design tools like Canva and Adobe is preferred.Qualification or degree in a related field is desirable but not essential.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work as part of a team.Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.Interest in photography and video is a bonus!
