Due to parental leave GN is currently seeking an experienced marketing coordinator for a 12 month parental leave contract (with potential for extension). This is a full-time role with flexible working (minimum 3 days in office)
In this role you will be supporting our friendly, hard working marketing and sales teams to ensure effective and efficient administrative and support services and smooth integration of marketing activities.
As Marketing and Sales Coordinator,you will report to the Marketing Manager and:
Act as the marketing department liaison for GN's customers and sales team, responding to queries and tracking progress on action items to ensure customer requests are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing queries, tasks and projects are handled efficiently. Manage printing process of marketing collateral: from quotes to the planning and providing guidance on timelines to the other team members and stakeholders Manage marketing collateral inventory stocked by a third- party vendor. Provide support to Brand Manager in websites updates: work with the internal stakeholders on the content approval and with global team on execution and delivery Manage marketing materials versions, change requests and DocuSign approvals to ensure medical regulatory compliance is met Manage marketing assets availability in BigTinCan to make sure the Sales Team is supported with the most current assets and tools To be successful in this role you will need:
Previous experience in a similar marketing coordination position, ideally from within a life science setting such as medical device, animal health, pharmaceutical etc. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment and cross-functionally Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic, enthusiastic and conscientious with a flexible approach. Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office. Experience working within companies with an ISO accredited management system will be highly regarded What's in it for you?
