Marketing and Operations Officer Huntley Berry FarmOCTEC is seeking a Marketing and Operations Officer to work at Huntley Berry Farm (HBF), OCTEC's Australian Disability Enterprise located between Orange and Spring Hill near the airport.
The Marketing and Operations Officer supports the Manager HBF with the management, promotion and development of the farm as a successful community business and Australian Disability Enterprise. This includes developing and implementing projects and marketing strategies to ensure the farm's economic viability, helping identify new directions for growth of the enterprise, and supervising the day to day activities of Supported Employees.
