The Brand and Marketing function is focused on elevating MinterEllison's market position by creating and executing brand and marketing strategies, programs and campaigns that drive engagement through the various stages of the brand funnel and client engagement model for the firm.
The function includes brand, creative design, marketing, digital (web, social and digital marketing), events and direct to client engagement systems.

Reporting to the Marketing and Events Manager, the Marketing and Events Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the delivery of client engagement initiatives, and crafting brand experiences in alignment with MinterEllison's Client Market Growth (CMG) strategy.
As part of the dynamic Brand and Marketing team, the Coordinator plays an essential role in deploying marketing activity across the firm's lines of business and various industry sectors.
MinterEllison hosts a diverse range of both digital and in-person events, varying from large-scale to more intimate client engagements.
Your Role Event Coordination Coordinate a diverse program of events at both national and state levels Collaborate with stakeholders to establish objectives and success metrics Coordinating all aspects of end-to-end event organisation: logistics, communications and stakeholder engagement Facilitation and delivery of national and local online webinar programs Event debrief reports to relevant partners and CMG team Ensuring event processes and protocols are followed Provide sponsorship support Brand Experience Work with the internal design team on graphics and perform basic editing of content Building event communications through an EDM platform, ensuring brand integrity and functionality Contributing to ideas on client experience, innovation and brand activation Marketing Support Supporting a portfolio of industries and lines of business with client events Maintain and update event lists, manage registration updates and reporting on engagement Assist with the development of marketing plans/campaigns Firm wide initiatives Support on small to large firm-wide initiatives, events, communications, sponsorships. More About You A tertiary qualification in marketing, public relations or event management, or suitable relevant experience A minimum of 3 years' experience in event management in a high volume, corporate environment Excellent planning and time management skills, including an ability to handle conflicting deadlines and work with multiple stakeholders at all levels Strong attention to detail and project coordination skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Manage conflicting requests where required and communicate with key stakeholders to ensure a high quality of service is provided Sound knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel An ability to work autonomously to get the job done, smoothly and with style We are also looking for you to have the:
