The Role
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing and Digital Media Manager to join our management team. This senior role is integral to our growth strategy, focusing on elevating our brand presence, driving sales, and engaging our customers across digital and traditional channels. You'll work closely with other senior team members to develop and implement creative marketing strategies that amplify our brand and strengthen our position in Perth's food retail market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and brand identity. Lead brand development initiatives to increase customer engagement and brand loyalty. Drive digital media campaigns across social media, email marketing, and content creation to expand our online presence. Collaborate with in-store teams to enhance customer experience and promote seasonal or specialty products. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies. Manage marketing budgets, track campaign performance, and prepare reports for the management team. Build partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility. About You
Experience : Minimum 5 years in a senior marketing role, ideally in food retail or FMCG. Expertise : Proven track record in brand development, digital marketing, and campaign management. Skills : Strong knowledge of digital platforms, content creation, analytics, and customer engagement. Creativity & Vision : Passionate about food retail with an innovative mindset to drive our brand forward. Leadership : Able to inspire and lead a team, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity. What We Offer
