About the role
This is a varied role supporting and collaborating with the Marketing General Manager and a small team across marketing, digital marketing, and internal and external communication activities to promote our services in engineering, environment, planning, and survey. Our markets are diverse, including clients in property and infrastructure, energy and resources, defence, and new energies.
This position will suit an organised, digitally savvy professional who can own and execute activities with a high-level of detail. The ideal candidate is a friendly all-rounder with exceptional writing skills and over four years of corporate or agency experience. With 16 offices and over 500 staff across Australia, it's an exciting time to be at Fyfe as we're rapidly expanding.
Responsibilities

Creation of marketing content for social media (ie, LinkedIn posts), development of case studies, external newsletters, and other marketing assets
Prepare and coordinate internal communication activities and materials, including newsletters
Completing regular marketing metrics reports for the leadership and Board, with a lens to spot trends and insights
Exposure to researching and developing marketing strategies and plans
Contribute to SEO strategy
Management of website and liaison with website developer for complex requirements
Provide event and sponsorship assessment and support
Ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Key requirements

Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or related field
Attention to detail and excellent writing skills
Can-do attitude, highly organised and looking to contribute to a positive team culture
Demonstrated experience in a similar level role
Agency or professional services experience highly regarded
Proficient in Sharepoint, WordPress, Google Analytics, Campaign Monitor.
