As the success and reputation of our business continues to grow, the need to apply a more strategic and holistic approach to the way we think about our marketing, brand and communications function has become key.This newly created role will drive the evolution of Enerven's Marketing function, from being seen as simply a way to win business, to a highly valued, strategic service offering that drives our brand on a national scale. You will champion the marketing function and team at the senior leadership level to demonstrate its alignment to our company vision, and its contribution to the achievement of our strategic objectives.Day to day you will:Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing, brand and communications strategy that drives business outcomes and aligns to company goals.Lead and influence the marketing function and team (2 direct reports).Lead the development and engagement of content for various marketing channels, including the website, social media, and email marketing.Manage relationships with the media and key stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and visibility in the market.Track and analyse marketing performance using key metrics.Manage the marketing budget, including planning, allocating, and tracking marketing spend.About youYou are excited to make your mark on a business that's in the midst of a rapid growth trajectory.
