About the role
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, this role would suit a candidate with a 'can do' attitude who is dynamic, driven, and energetic.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
Developing and executing the Strategic Marketing Plan; Leading the execution of marketing programs from inception to conclusion, driving collaboration with stakeholders and leveraging other internal resources and processes; Building marketing programs that support marketing objectives across business segments; Proposing and managing marketing research projects to generate customer insights to improve marketing strategy and communications; Demonstrating ethical leadership and business integrity whilst maintaining a flexible and adaptable approach; Leading and championing a performance focus which leads to positive and sustainable outcomes; Partnering with external agencies and vendors to assist the execution of marketing objectives; Promoting internal and external events to strengthen culture and organisational morale; The job requirements: Essential Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent skills acquired through previous roles; 5+ years' experience in complex building marketing programs and a metrics-driven thinking; Exposure to digital and direct response marketing; Demonstrable negotiation, communication, computer literacy, and relationship building skills; Strong project management skills; Strong problem-solving skills; An attention to detail. Desirable Experience within the mining, heavy industrial, service industry.
