In this full-time position as a Marketing and Communications Manager, you'll be responsible for managing media and public relations activities to enhance ABN's corporate brand and reputation. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in developing and managing social media and event strategies aligned with our retail brand's marketing objectives.
Other key responsibilities include:
Manage corporate digital communications to build external awareness and ABN Group presence
Develop and lead social media and event strategies in collaboration with retail brand Marketing Managers to align marketing objectives and target audience positioning
Empower your team by providing opportunities for growth, mentorship and skill development
Act as a primary point of contact for all corporate communication matters internally and externally
Utilise Salesforce, PowerBI and Google Analytics data for reporting and identify insights to improve marketing activities
Who Will Be Successful
We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong communication skills which will drive the success of our corporate communications strategy. You will also have demonstrated the following skills and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Journalism, or Public Relations
Experience in a Marketing leadership role
Exceptional digital marketing skills and excellent copywriting abilities
Passionate about continuous improvement and delivering results
Sound understanding of brand positioning and marketing principles
Media trained or demonstrated experience within corporate communications or public relations
