Albury SS&A Club is a vibrant hospitality venue offering a diverse range of entertainment, dining, and social experiences. Reporting to the CEO, this senior role forms part of the executive team and is critical to the overall success of the business. This position plays a pivotal role in delivering our strategic vision and will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance the SS&A Club brand, increase community engagement, and drive membership growth, whilst leading a team of four.
Key Responsibilities: Marketing, Promotions & Communications Strategy Develop and oversee a comprehensive communications strategy to align with business goals. Manage the creation and distribution of high-quality communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, and digital content. Track the performance of membership and promotional activities to maximise ROI. Brand & Image Management Protect and enhance the SS&A Club brand across all internal and external channels. Build brand awareness and positive community recognition through effective communications and relationship management. Lead and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Conduct regular team meetings, provide coaching, and develop direct reports to reach their full potential. Promote workplace safety, team morale, and adherence to company policies. Stakeholder Management Manage relationships with external contractors and industry stakeholders to support marketing projects. Build and maintain networks that drive business growth and brand exposure. Budget & Compliance Management Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget. Ensure compliance with all required licenses, permits, and legislation. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive informed marketing strategies. Entertainment & Event Management Oversee the yearly entertainment planning and bookings to meet budget expectations. Ensure that all events and promotions align with the brand strategy and are executed flawlessly. Design and deliver data-driven, segment-focused promotional campaigns. What You'll Bring: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing and communications, ideally within the hospitality or entertainment industry. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams. Expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
