St Luke's Grammar School is looking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Marketing & Communications Coordinator.
This key position plays a vital role in supporting the entire school community by collaborating closely with the Head of Community Engagement to craft targeted marketing messages, ensure consistency across communication channels, and oversee digital marketing initiatives.
The role also involves producing compelling written content for various publications.
As a core member of a collaborative team, this position is essential in delivering high-quality marketing and communications services that align with the School's strategic goals, strengthen its reputation, and foster community engagement.Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Produce weekly newsletterSource and create content for newsletter in conjunction with various stakeholdersRegularly assess readership/open rates and make recommendations for improving theseProvide up-to-date and refreshed content for the School's website, including regular news itemsManage all St Luke's social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin Create content for social media channels ensuring timely, on-brand and quality content is published frequentlyMonitor the School's social media accounts to ensure interactions are a positive and appropriate reflection of the School and its valuesWork with our Graphics & Marketing Specialist to ensure all internal templates are on-brand and up to dateCoordinate internal marketing collateral and merchandise Assist with photography shoots, video production and eventsAd hoc marketing duties to support the business, as requiredEssential education and skills include:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media Studies or a related fieldTwo - three years' demonstrated experience working in a professional environment in a similar role (Internships or part-time roles considered)For a detailed role description please visit our website.
