About the Role: As our Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you'll play a key role in driving our marketing initiatives and enhancing our communication efforts.
You'll engage in various marketing and digital marketing activities that support our services in engineering, environmental planning, urban planning, and surveying.
This is a part-time opportunity, working 4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the production and publication of internal and external communications, including emails, intranet articles, newsletters, and LinkedIn posts.
Compile and analyse campaign and social media reports.
Oversee the Marketing inbox and maintain the marketing event calendar.
Coordinate internal marketing collateral, business cards, merchandise and resources.
Organise and implement internal networking events to foster collaboration.
Provide administrative marketing support to the team as needed.
About You: Tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or communications, with proven experience in a professional environment.
Experience in SharePoint, WordPress, and/or Campaign Monitor will be highly regarded.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and experience managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to develop and edit high-quality copy.
Demonstrated experience in managing and creating content for various engagement platforms.
Proficiency in social media content management across channels such as LinkedIn.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
