As we expand, we are seeking a talented and driven Marketing and Brand Manager to take charge of our marketing operations. Role Overview:
The Marketing and Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing our marketing strategy. This includes managing paid social media and search campaigns, email marketing, customer engagement initiatives, website optimisation, organic growth strategies, and UGC management. You will also supervise outsourced creative teams and content production, ensuring everything is aligned with our brand values and goals. In addition, with a small team, you'll need to manage, delegate, and oversee tasks while actively contributing to daily activities.
A key part of this role will be producing detailed reports on performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve marketing efforts. We are in an exciting growth phase and are looking someone to fit into the team who is passionate, creative and results driven.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and refine marketing strategies that align with business goals.Lead and manage paid social and search campaigns (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google Ads).Plan and execute email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and retention (Klaviyo).Manage website content, optimisation, and performance tracking (Shopify).Oversee organic growth strategies, including SEO and UGC.Coordinate and supervise outsourced content creators and agencies.Report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations based on metrics and KPIs.Ensure alignment of all marketing tools and activities with overall brand strategy and goals.Actively manage, delegate, and contribute to tasks within a small, hands-on team.Ensure compliance with relevant marketing regulations, particularly around health claims (familiarity with TGA regulations or willingness to learn is essential).Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in marketing and ECommerce, preferably in the health, beauty, or wellness industry.Expertise in paid social, paid search, and email marketing platforms.Strong understanding of SEO, organic growth strategies, and UGC management.Ability to create, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI.Adept at using analytics tools to track, measure, and report on performance.Strong strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing effective marketing strategies.Experience managing external creative teams and content production.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, delegate, and contribute to tasks as part of a small team.Familiarity with health-related product regulations (TGA compliance experience is a plus, but willingness to learn is essential).Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.What We Offer: A dynamic and flexible working environment.The opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing brand.Learn more about us at biomiq.com.au
