Who we're looking for:
We are on the lookout for an Administration Coordinator to provide essential administrative services for our ACE Body Corporate Management Team and our Franchisee network. We are looking to recruit now for this role with a start date for Wednesday 8 January 2025.
Conveniently located in the seaside suburb of Braeside, you'll join a team who take great pride in being the best in the industry, and a team who also know how important it is to have some fun along the way. Some of this team's magic can be found in its friendly and supportive culture.
In this role, you'll be performing a range of administrative tasks essential to the smooth running of the office, and no two days are the same. You will also have the opportunity to take on some interesting and engaging marketing tasks.
Key Accountabilities: Communicating with external customers by answering calls and monitoring the central inbox as well as reviewing online reviews left by customers.Processing quotes and requests for potential franchisee candidates.Assisting the General Manager with content production for the ACE Body Corporate website, company newsletters, and sponsor articles.Supporting internal customers by producing reports and becoming the team's IT champion.Assisting with the coordination of staff events, staff training, and our annual (national) conference.About you: You've got experience in an Admin role and have an interest in taking on a varied range of tasks, and you like to get things done!You have a solutions mindset, which means you are not afraid to speak up and come up with solutions rather than problems.You know that relationships matter, and you pride yourself on delighting the customer by providing exemplary customer service to both internal and external customers.You're competent with Microsoft Office Suite but can use other systems like Mailchimp, Survey Monkey, and WordPress.You like to collaborate in your work, and if you have an interest in getting more involved in marketing activities and learning more in this space, then this could be a perfect fit!Life at PICA Group We asked our people what made working at PICA special, and they highlighted that we offer a sense of belonging, we have flexible ways of working, we're making a difference every day, your career journey provides challenge and growth, and you'll enjoy our PICA perks.
