Focussing on stakeholder engagement and client relationships, you will develop processes and marketing tools for a diverse range of clients and projects in Canberra.This position is rostered from Sunday to Thursday. You will have Friday and Saturday off. You are required to work every Sunday. Due to the nature of this position, a work from home arrangement is not yet available and you must be able to work in the office for all of the working week.Role ResponsibilitiesProviding administrative support to the Head of Marketing & Communication, including travel, diary management, coding invoices, and reconciling credit card statements.Scheduling and preparing for meetings including the agenda and taking minutes.Updating and maintaining the marketing teams' digital planning boards, and monthly reporting.Updating and maintaining corporate material such as on-hold messages, internal staff digital noticeboards, stationery, and branded material.Coordinate schedules for various marketing materials including, but not limited to, signage, print, digital advertising, radio, and press.Responding to marketing queries via phone, email, or social media.Provide backup for the Receptionist and the Conferencing Coordinator.Assist in the planning and coordination of campaigns and events.Your Skills And ExperienceTo be considered for this position you must have strong stakeholder experience, managing both internal and external stakeholders.Further Experience And Skills Required For This Position IncludeA minimum of 1-2 years experience in a marketing related position - administrative experience will be consideredExperience in a corporate settingA relevant degreeBenefits And What's In It For YouFree onsite, accessible parkingGym membership discountsIncome protectionAccessible location via public transportGreat team culture with ongoing growth opportunitiesCompetitive salary, negotiated on experienceEligibility And How To ApplyTo be eligible for this position you must be at a minimum Permanent Resident of Australia.
