Your Role & TeamIn this newly created role as our Marketing Analyst you will play a key role in optimising our marketing efforts by uncovering actionable insights, measuring campaign effectiveness, and partnering with Sales to drive revenue growth through improved customer acquisition and retention.
You will leverage data driven analysis to inform strategic decision-making processes and develop actionable recommendations for the business.
This role reports directly to our Insights and Analytics Manager and is a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions based out of our Sydney CBD office.
Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to: Uncover actionable insights to optimise marketing spend and drive revenue growth by analysing marketing performance metrics, customer behaviour, and market trends. Measure and analyse the impact of marketing campaigns across various channels to determine what works, what doesn't, and why. Partner with the sales team to identify trends impacting conversion rates, customer acquisition and retention, and collaborate on strategies to improve overall performance. Build dashboards and reports that transform complex marketing data into easy-to-understand visualisations and actionable insights. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth, assess market trends and benchmark performance against industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless execution. Our ideal candidateIdeally you'll come into the role having 3-5 years of experience as a Marketing Analyst.
You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and draw actionable insights. You're proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel and SQL.
Further, we'd love for you to have prior experience working with various data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Lastly your communication and presentation skills will be second to none, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
