Marketing/Admin/Property Management

Looking for an enthusiastic and energetic sales admin assistant to join our growing commercial real estate team.  
The successful applicant will become part of a tight knit team of property professionals that specialise in sales, leasing and property management.  
The applicant should have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, they should also display the following attributes:

Database management and updating Updating clients correct contact informationFiling, photocopying, scanning, general document managementUsing property specific software to assist agents Property Listings & Appraisal preparation Preparing marketing proposals for clientsReal estate registration required ( can be provided) Assisting our head of asset management - with all things PM related
