Marketing Admin Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Admin Assistant to provide essential administrative and marketing support. In this role, you will assist with campaign coordination, maintain marketing records, handle communication tasks, and ensure the smooth execution of various marketing activities. Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining calendars Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for promotional materials and events Update and manage marketing databases and CRM systems Assist with email marketing campaigns, social media posts, and content management Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items Support the marketing team with research, data collection, and competitor analysis Maintain stock of promotional materials and handle orders and deliveries Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Subcontract, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay : $48,135.11 – $72,440.08 per year
