About the Role: Responsibilities include:
Monitor client activity and market trends to identify risks, unusual behaviour, and potential market abuse.Analyze trading patterns and investigate suspected manipulative or illegal practices using data from clients and exchanges.Configure and optimize surveillance systems to efficiently detect and review signals of potential abuse.Prepare detailed compliance reports and contribute to management updates on client activities, trends, and corrective actions.Collaborate with system providers to enhance surveillance tools and improve risk management efficiency.Support the development and application of operational risk governance frameworks aligned with organizational policies and the three lines of defense model.About You: You have:
A university degree in a relevant discipline.Minimum 3 years experience in a market surveillance role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
