We are excited to offer a Market Supply Planner role on a fixed term for twelve months (12 months).
This role will be responsible for developing an inventory plan for their market (s) based on demand, current orders in transit, network lead times and available inventory.
This role is a twelve (12) months fixed term with a direct reporting to the Group Head of Supply Planning.
With a hybrid work arrangement, the individual is expected to work in office (Surry Hills or Warriewood) at least three (3) times weekly.
Responsibilities include: Convert demand plan into market replenishment plan (DRP) based on inventory, parameters and demand requirements Work with logistics to ensure on time shipment of replenishment orders, recommend mode of transportation (air v sea) within cost targets Provide visibility into current and projected inventory for associated markets Analyse inventory on hand to determine health of inventory.
Action any availability or surplus inventory risks, working with Demand Planning, central Supply Planning, key stakeholders in market and Finance.
Execute change control for innovation, product changes and SKU rationalisation Represent supply planning in innovation (Stage/Gate process) Accountable for appropriate inventory launch quantity to meet initial pipefill and demand What we offer?

A bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Commerce or related disciplines.
Strong supply chain and planning experience, preferably in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or related industries.
Possessing an APICS CPIM Certification Experienced using Advanced Planning tools (e.g.
Oracle, JDE, SAP APO) Strong capability in analysing data to derive compelling insights, to inform decision making and to achieve desired results.
Strong convincing and influencing skills while working cross functionally to drive desired results.
Strong communication skills and past experience of dealing with cross-border markets (especially previous experience of dealing with China) are highly desirable.
