We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Market Researcher to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to research and verify company information to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our database, review new leads that don't match to an account, monitor the marketing reply inbox, and perform various other administrative tasks.
What You'll Do:
Conduct thorough online research to gather accurate firmographic data on companies, including but not limited to: Company name, address, phone number, website URL, industry classification, employee count, annual revenue, key executives & their contact information)Verify the accuracy of existing data and update records as necessaryIdentify and report any discrepancies or outdated information Utilize various online resources, databases, and tools to obtain reliable dataEnsure data integrity and compliance with data quality standardsMaintain detailed records of research methods and sources used for data collectionCollaborate with internal teams to clarify data requirements and provide regular progress updatesUnmatched Leads review and conversion and account creationMonitor the Marketing reply inbox for unsubscribes, data subject requests, inquiries, complaints, etcManual tracking of stage/pipeline changes specific to bundle POC deals
What You'll Bring to the Team:
Proven experience in data research, data entry, or a related fieldExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in using online research tools, databases, and resourcesAbility to handle large volumes of data efficientlyGood organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyFamiliarity with firmographic data and business directories is a plusBasic knowledge of data privacy regulations and practices
