DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Effectively manage the assigned market, focusing on the commercial banking target market, and maintaining excellent public relations and community image.Lead, manage, and drive sales activities of the Bank in the market, achieving loan growth goals, creating a strong sales culture, and tracking performance.Maintain good credit quality at the market level, ensuring accurate risk code ratings and meeting technical exception targets.Drive deposit growth by working with loan officers and branches to achieve non-interest bearing deposit goals and collaborating with the Treasury Management group to achieve fee income goals.Participate in the Company's Executive Management Team, attending EVP meetings, and completing assigned tasks, as well as serving on the Bank's Directors Loan Committee.Manage a team of professionals, drive sales activities, and maintain good credit quality.About the Role:
As a key member of our executive management team, the Market President will be responsible for leading our commercial banking efforts in the assigned market.
Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related major.10+ years of banking experience, with a focus on lending, and 5+ years of team management experience.Excellent credit analysis skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Windows-based systems.About Equity Bank:
