Working collaboratively with growers, agronomists, and retailers, their products are ever-evolving in line with advancements and enhancements in both production efficiency and environmental sustainability.The Role:In this unique role, your technical expertise will be instrumental in driving brand awareness and product adoption. You will work collaboratively with the State Manager, Commercial Team, and Sales Team to deliver technical expertise and marketing value to our stakeholders. This involves leading initiatives to increase brand awareness among key decision-makers, including agronomists, technical staff, spray contractors, end-users, industry bodies, and distributors. You will partner with the Sales Team to build strong relationships and promote their product portfolio. You will also play a key role in launching new and differentiated products by generating creative marketing and product development concepts.You will be responsible for representing the business at industry forums and events (e.g., CCA, GRDC) and identifying emerging market trends and opportunities for product growth. Your valuable market insights and ideas will also be used to support the development of effective marketing tools.Skills and Attributes:Bring extensive experience in the Crop Protection industry, with a blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen.Demonstrate a deep understanding of crop protection products and their applications.Can effectively interpret and communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences.Have a proven track record of building strong and lasting relationships.Boast excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.Are analytical, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have a commercial mindset.Have an established network within the agricultural industry.Are proficient in using technology and possess a passion for innovation.Hold a degree in Agricultural Science or a related field.On Offer:The opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team within a global leader in crop protection.
