About the role As a Market and Connections Coordinator at TasNetworks, you will deliver market services and connections to TasNetworks customers while adhering to national rules and regulations, and manage escalated basic connections and alterations. Making sound decisions to address complex customer queries, you will contribute to effective customer and process issues resolution while maintaining a balance between business and customer needs. This role requires a comprehensive knowledge of National Electricity Market (NEM) processes to meet all compliance obligations, regulatory requirements and standards to meet NEM and ISO9001 accreditation. You will also manage internal and external stakeholders, and communicate with a varied audience with exceptional attention to detail.
