Job Details: Maritime Roles - Fleet Manager, Ship Manager and Marine Electrical EngineerOmni is seeking expressions of interest from individuals who hold a current Australian Government Security Clearance for a broad range of roles including Fleet Manager, Ship Manager, and Marine Electrical Engineer. These vacancies are open to candidates who can deliver the services in Canberra, ACT.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Our ideal candidates will hold a minimum of a Baseline Australian Government security clearance and have the ability to obtain an Employee Suitability Clearance. You will:
have experience in a maritime or similar operational environment or shipyard;show understanding, critical analysis, reasoning skills;be able to build and maintain effective relationships;have the ability to work cooperatively with partners, stakeholders, and clients.ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Our ideal candidates will:
Knowledge or demonstrated ability to quickly develop an understanding of the technical operations of equipment, systems of Small & large VesselsExperience managing contracts in the public/corporate sectorStrong written briefing and verbal communication skillsPossess strong stakeholder liaison and relationship management skillsFor the Engineering role - Advanced Diploma in Marine and Electrical Engineering, or Naval ArchitectureHold a minimum of an Australian Government Baseline Security ClearanceIt would be desirable if you had:Experience in a maritime or similar operational environment or shipyardExperience in managing technical libraries, preferably in a maritime environmentAPPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
