You will be an:
Experienced Marine Engineer with minimum MED 1 qualification (preferably within the Marine Tourism industry); High level of marine engine and system knowledge; Experience in conducting risk assessments and introducing practical safety measures; Excellent customer service skills ensuring to meet the guest expectations; Experience with high speed vessels; Excellent ability to manage time and have strong organisational skills; Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team; and Excellent communication and problem solving skills with customer service resolution skill. About the RoleWe are seeking a Marine Vessel Engineer (minimum MED 1 qualification) to join the team on a full-time basis working a lifestyle roster, casual opportunities are also available. The successful candidate will perform daily preventative maintenance tasks and, will be responsible for maintaining the safe mechanical operation of vessels ensuring all repairs are conducted safely and efficiently as per set procedures.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to;
