About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Marine Operations Administrator. Your expertise in workforce planning and rostering will be invaluable in organising and coordinating our marine crew.
Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating and managing crew training records and training schedules, including new starters, inductions, and other onboarding initiatives.Managing the training coordination of First Aid, CPR, and ad-hoc currency training.Handling the scheduling and rostering of our marine crew across our diverse marine operations.Coordinating crew leave management.Managing purchasing and stores procedures, processes, and controls.Coordinating monthly vessel compliance reports.Providing relief assistance for the Duty Manager function.Assisting marine operations key managers with audits, monthly vessel checks, policies, procedures, and associated documentation.Delivering a range of business support and administrative functions for the Marine Operations Team.Benefits and perks Employee Benefit Discount Program to check out our productsEmployee Referral ProgramEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Additional leave purchase planReward and Recognition ProgramsAll technology/equipment provided to do your roleTraining and study assistance providedCareer pathways developed to get you to the next levelDon't miss out on joining a leading company that welcomes innovative ideas and is dedicated to providing quality services.
