And so will you. We have a newly created opportunity in our marine team for a Marine Crewing Coordinator.
You will coordinate all rostering and travel requirements for our marine team ensuring that all operational needs are met efficiently and in compliance with relevant legislation and enterprise agreements.

You are highly organised and planned with excellent administration skills.You can communicate effectively and are able to build rapport with the crew.You can remain effective and systematic working through changing circumstances, more challenging requests and identifying urgent crew relief replacements.You are driven to deliver results and take accountability for all assigned work.You are resilient and enjoy working within a small team environment.You are savvy with systems and you continuously search for the best solution!This bit matters!
