Kimba Multi-Purpose Service (MPS) is seeking a skilled and dedicated Administration Officer to join our team on a casual contract. Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, handling enquiries and directing them appropriately. Manage office supplies, including stock ordering, medical records, and administrative documentation. Oversee reception duties, ensuring smooth visitor flow and supporting clients with diverse needs. Contribute to the management of resources and administrative support across various service areas. Support team members, organise meetings, and assist with staff development activities. What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High level of competency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office administration. Experience in providing administrative support, especially in healthcare settings.
