Project Manager – Commercial Contractor Industry: Commercial Construction
Salary/Rate: AU$180,000 - AU$220,000 per annum

We're looking for a Project Manager with experience working in the Government / Local Authority space on projects up to $30m.
About the Company: Long standing business within the Government space. Tier 3 Contractor with a focus on GOV / Community projects across VIC. Plenty of upcoming projects across Melbourne. Award-winning, privately owned, small-medium sized commercial builder with over 30 years of proven experience. Projects range from $5-30m. Soon to be in brand new offices. Repeat clientele within the private & public market sectors. Very low staff turnover attributed to their open, family feel environment. This experienced commercial builder originally from the Eastern suburbs has established a strong presence in the VIC market. They have enjoyed steady but significant growth and as a result of winning a number of new contracts, are looking to expand their current team. As a business, they specialise in complete new build commercial projects up to $30m, generally targeting projects in the educational, commercial, institutional, medical and recreation fields.
Your Requirements: Excellent communication & leadership skills. Degree qualification in Construction Management & Economics, Engineering or Quantity Surveying is preferable. Previous experience in a dual PM/CA and the ability to autonomously run all the financials is essential. Strong industry references and tenure with previous employers. Local experience in the VIC market is a MUST. Previous experience with a small-medium scale builder in a PM role.
