They pride themselves on their simple and effective process to building investment residential projects and are now looking for an experienced residential supervisor to join the team.ROLE DUTIESEnsuring contracted work is completed in accordance with the correct building practicesProviding all updates and construction progress to head office, through relevant softwareCoordinate and liaise with contractors and suppliersEnsuring all WHS is adhered to, and any reports are completed effectivelyWHAT YOU'LL NEEDMinimum 3+ years working as a Site Supervisor in the residential industryWorking with both low and high set homesAbility to work towards targets effectively including budget, time and quality managementWHAT YOU'LL GETReporting to one of the most experienced construction managers in the marketSalary will be $120k + Super + Bonuses + Car + Phone + Fuel card.
