Seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a reputable residential builder supervising new builds across Southwest Sydney.

This builder has developed strong relationships with well-known industry partners to deliver a high-quality product at an affordable price.
This builder has an ongoing commitment to provide a high level of support throughout the pre-construction, construction and post-construction stages to their customers. We are looking for a highly experienced Site Supervisor to join the construction team based in Southwest Sydney.
About the Role: Reporting into the Area Manager and Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day build of greenfield sites and KDR's across the Southwest region and M5 corridor.
Duties will include:
Managing the overall performance of each project from commencement to handover Liaising with trades and sub-contractors Checking material orders Leading a team of site staff in delivering projects Ensuring that project milestones are followed and met on time Undertaking project quality assurance Ensuring that homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and to specification Ensuring trades comply with Safety Management Systems and WH&S legislation What You Need: Certificate III in Carpentry (essential) Certificate IV in Building and Construction will be highly favoured Minimum 3 years experience as a Site Supervisor with a Project Home Builder or Developer Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented and a strong understanding of the NCC & BCA The Benefits: Base salary between $120,000 - $130,000 plus superannuation, fully maintained vehicle, tablet and mobile Yearly bonuses and salary reviews Extensive training and professional development opportunities provided by the company Supportive business culture with opportunities to progress Strong pipeline of work for 2025 and beyond Opportunity to work with an established and award-winning residential home builder If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, feel free to reach out to me on 0455 555 874 for a confidential chat.
