We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Supportive and collaborative work environment Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. Manage project changes and implement necessary adjustments to the project plan. Prepare and submit project reports and documentation. Key Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in a construction-specific related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience. Strong technical skills and experience in contract documentation/administration, stakeholder management, reporting on cost and program. Demonstrate a successful track record in developing and maintaining internal and external relationships. Strong work ethic, career ambition, and willingness to learn further.
