The Role We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to significantly contribute to the ongoing success of our national company. In this role, you will support the CEO in executing the vision, strategy, and direction set by the broader business leadership team.
Your responsibilities will encompass managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence efficiently. This position offers diverse opportunities, including involvement in personal matters related to property development, management, and overseeing personal financial affairs. You will have the autonomy to drive your own projects, empowered to make substantial contributions to the business.
This role invites you to shape it according to your strengths, allowing you to leave a lasting imprint on our business by doing the following and more:
Coordinating and providing high level support to the CEO Diary and email management Fully assisting the CEO on company and personal matters Desktop publishing where needed Coordinating leadership meetings, minutes, and agendas Ad hoc projects such as research, assistance with event management for charity days and internal events Maintaining a professional approach to all matters that come through the CEO's office To be successful in this role, you will hold: Minimum 3+ years proven experience as an EA/PA Experience in providing Executive Assistance / Personal Assistance to a CEO Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Dedication and passion for organisation and administration Outgoing personality coupled with complete discretion Intelligent, discreet, and trustworthy High organisation skills and outstanding attention to detail Forward thinking and versatile Exceptional communication skills with a reliable and professional demeanour The ability to juggle a number of tasks and prioritise where appropriate Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge #J-18808-Ljbffr
