SAGE Group is a specialist industrial services provider and working alongside some of Australia's most iconic brands, we combine the best thinking with world-leading technology to accelerate our customer's digital journey.Position Summary:Reporting to the Manufacturing Operations Manager, the Manufacturing Supervisor oversees the day-to-day function of the manufacturing production area and will ensure that these areas provide efficient services to our internal customers, external customers and key stakeholders.Key Result Areas include but are not limited to:Deliver assigned manufacturing tasks concerning production performance and needs.Schedule jobs and ensure that the quality of production and other deliverables are met.Develop lean production plans to achieve internal and external production requirements and KPIs.Assist project managers for managing the team's budget vs actual performance.Support the manufacturing Project Managers within the workshop to align production with project needs.Responsible for overall account management and contributing to the local strategy and company culture.Lead and support the manufacturing team of electricians and trade assistants offering leadership, coaching and mentoring.Ensure that the manufacturing area is kept tidy and organised to promote SAGE as a world class manufacturing facility.To be successful:The successful candidate must have extensive proven experience within an electrical manufacturing environment, ideally with switchboard experience, and have a hands-on approach to take responsibility of the day-to-day operation of the manufacturing facility. You will be technically adept with the electrical requirements of a working manufacturing facility and have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with stakeholders to elicit and understand their requirements in order to deliver high-quality outcomes.SAGE Group is committed to providing a work environment in which everyone is included, treated fairly, and with respect.
