The Role:
We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a qualified, proactive and strategic Manufacturing Services Engineer to join our team full-time.
Reporting to the National Engineering Manager, this position is part of a small and dedicated team of engineers working in a cohesive and supportive environment.
In this key role, you will ensure the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing operations by integrating systems, troubleshooting issues, developing and implementing manufacturing system projects and optimising the performance of all plant system components.
Your main tasks include but are not limited to:
Provide engineering support for production plants and equipment across NSW and interstate sites.
Plan, prepare, and execute capital projects.
Use AutoCAD or other drafting tools for engineering design and drafting.
Collaborate with managers and project teams during project implementation.
Report to management on appropriate solutions, including assessing repair or replacement costs.
Provide engineering support to the maintenance department.
Oversee Workplace Health and Safety Regulations and Compliance.
Be hands-on with all aspects of factory maintenance.

Who Are We Looking For?
Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar.
3-5 years of experience as a qualified engineer in industry.
A proactive, passionate work ethic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to implement effective solutions.
Ability to manage workflow, prioritise tasks, multitask and be highly organised.
Ability to interact with people at all levels.
Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment; calm under pressure, approachable, reliable, and strong work ethic.
Experience using AutoCAD or other drafting packages.
Familiarity with PLC control systems is advantageous but not essential.
A strong understanding of engineering principles and their practical application.
