The Internship in Manufacturing & QA Engineering with this company involves revising and implementing procedures as part of the manufacturing process to assure quality, speed, and cost.
Manufacturing & QA Engineering Internship Roles and Responsibilities:Inspecting the production system and products for work-on-time and quality of partsConduct audits and create reports to optimise the production processInvestigate non-conformance in production, identify root causes and initiate preventive and corrective actionsMeasurement of parts for compliance and making sure they are according to specificationsLiaise with suppliers, engineers, management, and clients to make sure the production process is smoothly runProvide suggestions to improve the process and standardize the methods for inspection, testing, and evaluationWhat you will learn during your Manufacturing & QA Engineering Internship?Experience in areas of quality control engineering such as incoming material, product evaluation, inventory control, metrology, and automated testing.Analysing Quality Assurance gaps and making necessary changes to process after consulting with relevant stakeholders.Performing QA product/raw material release, reviewing Batch Process Records, and monitoring manufacturing data for compliance.How to apply for the Manufacturing & QA Engineering Internship?To be considered for this Manufacturing & QA Engineering Internship, you need to be a member of the CSA Internship Academy.
