Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)Full timeKey responsibilities of the position include:Leading a team of up to 70-80 employeesRecruitment and selection of new employeesEnsuring all production requirements are metCommunicating expectations of job requirements to team leaders & leading hands to meet production KPIsEnsuring equipment, machinery, tools and materials are well maintained and managed correctly by employeesCompleting production plans, KPIs & forecasts for production team and managementEnsuring all staff are adhering to site WHS rules and regulationsRunning toolboxes, meetings, performance reviews, performance managementImplementation of continuous improvement methodsReporting, stock takes, quality controlWorking as part of the management team whilst being boots on the ground across day and afternoon shiftWorking closely with the Factory Manager, Production Planners, Engineers, suppliers and office staffMinimum requirements:A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, managing large teamsSound understanding of WHS systems & legislationIntermediate computer skills and programs such as Microsoft OfficeAn ability to interpret fabrication and assembly instructions including technical drawingsMust be able to pass a pre-employment medical & drug & alcohol screeningWhat's on offer:A monthly RDOIncome protectionIncentive planSalary package between $110k - $145k inclusive of superannuationApplications must be submitted with an up-to-date resume; applicants must currently live in Australia.Labourpower Recruitment Services | www.labourpower.com
