Client Delivery As Global companies explore opportunities to optimize their operational efficiency, you will help our clients understand areas to achieve operational excellence by leading their Manufacturing Excellence transformation. You will help our clients by crafting a strategy in line with their long-term goals or by implementing innovative and data driven digital solutions to drive speed to value. You will lead cross competency teams within EY to bring the greatest value for our clients. You will craft and manage commercially viable engagements for EY.
Business Development The purpose of this role is to help position EY for growth within the Manufacturing Excellence function across industry sectors, e.g., Advanced manufacturing & mobility, Consumer products & retail, Energy & resources, Financial Services, Government & Infrastructure, Health sciences and wellness, Private equity, Technology, Media, and telecommunications. You will help to develop the Manufacturing capability within our Supply Chain & Operations / Global Business Services team, help author thought leadership material, help develop our 'Go to Market' strategy, develop sales collateral and solution materials to position EY in the market. You will learn about the various competencies and capabilities within EY. You will play an active role in the sales to delivery lifecycle of engagements.
Your scope of duties: You will lead deployments & deployment teams at our clients in their Manufacturing Excellence transformation You will support our clients in implementing transformations in Manufacturing You will be key contributor in client engagements and progressively initiate and lead work streams to provide high quality services in line with EY's proven global methodologies and tools You will support the business in developing EY knowledge and concepts for our practice, whilst also actively establishing, maintaining and strengthening internal and external relationships Our requirements: Significant experience in one of the following areas of manufacturing: Operational Excellence / P&G IWS / TPM or at a management consultancy (manufacturing excellence focus) Min. 8-10 years of experience in leading projects and project teams at the area of manufacturing excellence Experience gained in one of the sectors: Consumer Products or Life Science Flexibility and willingness to travel regionally (Europe) up to 80% Analytical thinking Degree in engineering, science or supply chain Professional certifications such as: Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, etc. are a significant plus Fluency in English is a must – this role requires working with international clients on a daily basis Another European language will be a benefit (German / French / Spanish) What we offer: Professional and financial support in obtaining recognized qualifications and certificates EY Badges - global certification of your competencies and the opportunity to earn an MBA title from the prestigious Hult University Career Counselor - professional, one-to-one guidance on career building and development Innovate EY - unique programmes where you can create your own start-up using our know-how and funding Psycho-educational platform - a package of free consultations with specialists in the broad field of mental health and personal development and access to educational activities A convenient hybrid working model Benefit programm offering private healthcare with additional preventive examinations, life insurance, tickets, team sports, language learning platform, sports cards and much more (available online and offline) Recruitment stages: Apply .
