Your New Role
This role will work closely with the Operations Managers and site operations team in managing the manufacturing accounting. Furthermore, you will be providing critical solutions to site issues by driving cost-saving initiatives and process improvement.
The role is seeking someone who can provide great financial and business insights at a granular level using skills and tools at their disposal.
The core tasks aligned to this position will include, but are not limited to:
Developing and maintaining cost standards for materials and laborImproving the site's performance by providing senior leaders and stakeholders with contemporary financial management advice and solutions to support decision makingPerforming month-end cost accounting closeAssisting team with New Product DevelopmentPerforming stock take and managing inventory dataAnalyzing manufacturing operations, equipment availability and utilizationContributing to the annual budget processPerforming site visits as required About You You will preferably be a CPA/CA/CIMA qualified professionalExperience working in a multi-site manufacturing environmentMinimum 5 years experience in a similar roleStrong business partnering and relationship building skills with excellent written and verbal communicationExperience with an array of ERP systemsExpert on MS ExcelAll Rights Reserved | West Recruitment Pty Ltd
