Customer Service Officer Location: Brisbane or Melbourne
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our client's dynamic team.
This is a full time, permanent position, open to applicants based in either Brisbane or Melbourne! Our client is a global leader in early-stage research, dedicated to supporting the development of innovative treatments. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential participants (up to 40+ calls per day). Conduct phone screening questionnaires to assist eligible participants based on study requirements. Select trials for participants based on eligibility criteria. Build excellent rapport with new and existing participants. Schedule appointments and maintain the participant database. Requirements: Minimum of six months' experience in a contact centre. Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred). Exceptional time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to work independently. Commitment to maintaining a professional level of confidentiality. Ability to meet set targets and KPIs.
