National Director of Catering Location: Melbourne Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 We are seeking an experienced National Catering Director to lead and manage catering operations for corporate clients across Australia. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a background in food and beverage management , particularly within hotels or high-end catering, who has since transitioned into corporate environments. Key Responsibilities: Develop and source third-party catering partners and production kitchens nationwide. Design a range of food service packages, from breakfast, lunch, and tea breaks to fine dining and large-scale events. Serve as the main point of contact for corporate clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction. Track key performance metrics, analyze catering and event performance, and implement strategies for continual improvement. Oversee multiple outlets, including cafés and corporate canteens, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Coordinate and manage corporate events with a focus on high-quality service delivery. Liaise closely with production kitchens to maintain consistency and quality across all food offerings. Ideal Candidate: Extensive experience in F&B management within hotels or catering companies. Understanding of corporate clients such as ASX listed companies, highly regarded. Proven ability to lead and coordinate large-scale corporate catering and event functions. Strong understanding of food production, quality control, and vendor management. Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail in high-pressure environments.
