Key Responsibilities: Direct management of maintenance and engineering functions, including daily operations and preventive maintenance programs. Supervise a team of over 10 maintenance personnel, ensuring efficient scheduling and task execution. Maintain and repair machinery, manage inventory, and coordinate with third-party contractors and local authorities. Oversight of electrical and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal operation and safety compliance. Responsible for testing and maintaining pools and water features to meet high-quality and safety standards. Supervision of water technicians and regular water testing protocols. Budget management, cost control implementation, and efficient resource allocation. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within hospitality, spa, or resort environments, with expertise in spa and water treatment systems. Strong leadership and organisational skills, adept at managing large-scale maintenance operations. Expertise in electrical and hydraulic systems, as well as pool and water feature maintenance. Proficiency in budget management and cost control strategies. Proactive problem-solving approach and a commitment to maintaining high standards. Package: Salary: $120,000 to $140,000 per annum
