The Roles: We have an exciting opportunity for 2 x Financial Planning Assistants to join our team working Permanent Full Time - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (some flexibility for these hours will be considered for the right applicant).
The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting our clients and advisers in a range of administrative roles relating to our financial planning business.
Commencement date to be no later than February 17th, 2025.
Full training and support will be provided.
Tasks & Responsibilities: Communicating with clients via phone and email and responding to their enquiries Managing a wide variety of tasks on a daily basis Building trusted relationships with our advisers and clients Facilitating the implementation of advice and coordinating the relevant paperwork Liaising with clients and product providers regarding the implementation and management of superannuation and investment portfolios and life insurance Maintaining and updating client records/data entry Monitoring the placement of investment advice/strategy until implemented The ability to work independently and collaborate successfully within your team Adhering to compliance standards and ensuring systems are accurately updated accordingly Preparation of Client Review Reports Skills & Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role or in the Banking & Financial industry would be preferable but not essential Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred Outstanding attention to detail is essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft systems Exceptional organisational and time management skills Strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent client service To apply, please submit your resume and covering letter via Seek prior to Sunday January 12th, 2025.
