Managing Consultant - Contaminated Land (LPMR)ERM is seeking motivated senior or principal level environmental consultants to join the team in our Perth office. We are recruiting to support our Contaminated Site Assessment and Remediation Team (Liability Portfolio Management and Remediation services). The ideal candidates will have between 5 and 10+ years' experience in contaminated site management consulting experience, with strong field work skills acquired across a range of site uses and contaminant types. You will be part of a very well-respected technical team responsible for consulting on contaminated sites largely within WA on a range of investigation and remediation projects.

Role Responsibilities
Participating actively as part of the Perth contaminated sites team.
Supervise fieldwork programs, including subcontractors and ERM personnel on site.
Leading, coaching, and developing a high performing team.
Executing environmental assessments and remediation programs involving the collection of field data (soil, soil gas/vapour, groundwater) using your strong investigation skills.
Electronic data management and production of borelogs and summary tables.
Providing inputs into environmental reports.
Assist with the preparation of client proposals and creating opportunities for further business development.
Support project managers through planning and delivering field programs and/or budget/task management.

Previous consulting experience (5 – 10+ years) in contaminated land field with good business acumen.
Relevant tertiary qualification (geology, hydrogeology, environmental science, environmental engineering, soil science or other related science subject degree).
Building effective working relationships with clients, project teams, disciplines, and business units.
High appreciation and understanding of health & safety requirements on complex work sites.
Fieldwork experience involving data collection (soil, water, soil vapour, etc.).
Familiarity with preliminary and detailed site investigation and sampling techniques is required and a working knowledge of the ASC NEPM is required.
Experience providing inputs into elements of projects and/or proposals.
Proven report writing skills.
Authorised to work full-time in Australia; and
Full Drivers License issued by an Australian state or territory.
