Based in Australia, France, and the UK, we collaborate across Argon & Co offices globally.We foster an inclusive culture driven by the diversity of our employees and flat structure management to encourage collaboration and contribution from the whole team.About the role:As a Managing Principal, you'll be at the helm of client engagements, overseeing transformative business improvement projects and delivering exceptional value.
You'll guide multidisciplinary teams, foster strong client relationships, and play a pivotal role in growing IRIS's global reputation as a trusted partner for leaders focused on operational excellence.Your expertise will help drive our annual revenue, while your strategic mindset will shape and deliver transformative Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning solutions across diverse industries.
This role includes participation in Short-Term Incentive (STIP) and Long-Term Incentive (LTIP) programs, recognising your integral role in IRIS's growth.What you'll do:Lead teams on transformative projects, blending IRIS methodologies, AI/ML expertise, and business acumen.Shape and lead large, complex AI/data transformation assignments across industries such as planning, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing.Develop and deploy advanced AI/ML models, including large language models and computer vision applications.Mentor and grow technical teams, ensuring the highest standards of delivery.Build and manage a portfolio of high-value clients, driving repeat business and uncovering new opportunities.Drive internal initiatives to enhance sustainability, innovation, and efficiency.What you'll bring:10+ years of experience in data science with 5+ years in production AI/ML applications.Proven success in consulting, delivering and selling AI/data analytics solutions at a senior level.Deep expertise in ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ML Operations.Strong technical knowledge of Python, advanced analytics, and algorithm development.A track record of winning high-value accounts, delivering innovative solutions, and shaping the future of AI.A live network of senior contacts who value your expertise and insight.Leadership qualities: collaborative, client-focused, and a skilled team mentor.Demonstrable passion for sustainability, innovation, and making a positive impact.This role requires a willingness to travel across Australia.What we offer:Flexible annual leave : We are committed to support our employees' well-being and work-life balance.
